TRANSITION OF PRACTICE, DR ALDEBRA SCHROLL MD to DR BRANDAN STARK DO
I have been honored to serve as your primary care physician over the past five years. I will be leaving full time practice on January 1st, 2010 to work with Hospice locally. As a result I will no longer be able to act as your primary care physician.
Argyll Medical has recruited Dr. Brandan Stark DO, to assume my former practice from January 1st 2010. I can thoroughly recommend him as a skilled and caring physician, who has worked for many years in urgent care locally and now wishes to have a long term private practice. Dr Stark provides the usual full range of primary care services, and has a special interest in pain management and addiction services.
Dr. Brandan Stark graduated from Chico State in Psychology, attended medical school in Chicago, did his residency at UC Davis, has worked in Arcata CA, and more recently Paradise in Urgent Care. Dr. Stark is a Board Certified Family Physician and Board Eligible in Addiction Medicine.
If you wish to remain a patient at Argyll Medical with Dr Stark you need do nothing, your records will remain in his practice. If you wish to transfer to another physician at Argyll please contact that physician and your records will remain at Argyll. Please note that currently only Dr. Casey and Stuart Mishelof PA-C are accepting a limited number of new patients. If you transfer to a physician outside Argyll Medical the new office should request your records; these are free if collected, there is a $3 charge if mailing is required.
Prescriptions will be refilled with up to two refills until December 31st, however controlled /narcotic medications will not be filled after this date and an office visit with Dr. Stark or other new physician will be required to receive such prescriptions.
