Dear Friends, Associates and Patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce that my health conditions require me to retire immediately. Opening Argyll Medical Group in 2001 and caring for you, my patients, has been the most rewarding part of my 25+ year career.

While my colleague Dr. Louise Krone has graciously agreed to manage your care for the next 30 days, you will need to secure a new physician prior to that date to ensure continuous care. Dr. Krone will be able to provide a supply of maintenance medication refills prior to August 31, 2023. After this date, no prescriptions can be refilled. Please call your pharmacy to request these refills.

I have included a list of Primary care offices in the area that are accepting new patients. You may also contact Butte Glenn Medical Society online at www.bgmsonline.org/ for a list of physician names and phone numbers to help with your selection of a new provider.

When you decide to transfer your care to another practice, my office staff will be available to help you obtain copies of medical records once written consent is received. My staff will need approximately 30 days to retrieve and prepare the records. There may be a fee for record duplication.

If you are a patient of Argyll Skincare, please be assured their practice remains open and operating as usual. Laura Taylor, PA‐C and her team will continue seeing and accepting new patients indefinitely.
